🇮🇹 Power Special Tournament

For many years, this special tournament has been organized by the FariguOriolani Team, standing out for its creativity and continuous innovation. Each edition introduces new disciplines, making the competition unique and engaging for all participants.

In 2026, the team introduced two new formats:

• Dual Team Patterns: pairs of competitors create and perform a team pattern (with a chosen name), including mandatory techniques based on their belt level.
• Change the Style: a 1 minute and 30 seconds sparring match divided into three phases—30 seconds punches only, 30 seconds kicks only, and 30 seconds with both punches and kicks.

At the end of the competition, the TKD Sardegna Team organized a special training session open to all students. The class was led by three elite athletes: Mr. Maurizio Lai, Mr. Stefano Pilloni, and Mr. Stefano Cadelano.
